Items that cannot be returned:
Personalized and dyed items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
Outlet items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
You have kept the products 7 days or longer after the package was delivered.
Products have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
Products tailored based on the wrong details provided by yourself (including but not limited to Size, Color and etc)
Wrong expectation of the products (including but not limited to,customers just don't like the style, color when they receive theproducts, but product itself is in good condition)
We accept to customized made the dress free for you, However, for custom made dress, no return request would be accepted. Because this is the dress ONLY produced for you, we don't can sell to others if return, please understand.
It'scustomers' responsibility to order the right size, color, style sinceall sales are final. Because all dresses are made to order andmanufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keepinventory of any dresses. So we don't accept returns or exchanges ifthere are no quality problems.
Important:
Customersshould pay the shipping fee to send the package back and we will onlyrefund the product expense via Credit Card / Paypal after we receive theproducts returned. In condition of returning, the original shipping feeand restocking fee (25% of your order amount is non-refundable).
Once you confirm your order ,after you make payment,you can cacel it within 3 days. AND 40% of your order amount is non-refundable.
If it's over3days,we can't accpet your cancel.Because we already arrange your orderproducing as soon as we receive your payment.
